He was born in 13.IV.1964r. Bastrop, Louisiana. His bodybuilding career began with the establishment. Ronnie finished police academy (’89) and coached the club Metroflex in Arlington, Texas. Club owner Brian Dobson from time to time to the young policeman came and offered him to take part in competitions, but Ronnie liked to eat hamburgers and did not want it to be on a diet. Dobson persistently urged him to take part in competitions and at one point he challenged the owner Metroflexu “Soon will contest – Texas State Championship … If you opt in and win, you get free gym to end of your life.” With Dobson showing him how to eat and pose, first-time bodybuilder crushed the competition in April 1990, Texas won the league title. A year later, in 1991, so after less than 2 years of intensive training, he was champion of the world amateur heavyweight and got his IFBB pro card. But he says that he was still in kindergarten bodybuilding and that his arms were already extremely high, but the rest of the body in no way resembled that which currently represents.
Ronnie’s road was difficult stubborn and slow climbing. But this quiet, charming guardian of the law did not cease, & he endured – despite the demanding schedule and shook the world, together and including winning the Sandow in October 1998. Currently have 3 times in a row won the title of Mister Olympia and expected that he will reign for a few years, since it continues from year to year making good progress.
His practice combines simplicity and efficiency. His method for success is perseverance, patience and consistency, so the system is currently training as such are in 1992 and did not intend to change it.
